Problem Solving Training

Problem Solving Training offers students the ability to think creatively and Problem Solving is just one of the ways that this can be done. Groups today often consist of a diverse range of stakeholders looking at a particular problem within their domain. This class is perfect for groups of individuals who all aim to resolve similar problems together.

Problem Solving as a class has its different issues. One of these issues is learning how to analyze a problem through a critical thinking process. Students in a Problem Solving class will learn how to analyze, communicate and develop ideas that will lead to solutions while considering the many different angles that are considered during this process.

Problem Solving is a teaching method that helps you to use the creative thinking process to examine and identify problems in your workplace. This process is an important tool to help you design a workable plan for addressing problems in the workplace. It is also a way to ensure that you are able to identify new or emerging opportunities in the workplace.

The key aspects of Problem Solving are that you will learn how to communicate properly with other stakeholders, how to effectively make presentations, evaluate the effectiveness of proposals and finally, how to deal with root causes. Problem Solving as a course teaches delegates how to identify the problem, what the root causes are and how to go about finding solutions to those problems.
